We want you to be satisfied with everything we make.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can ship you a replacement. If any of our products does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us within 15 days so that we can ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund.

If you order is an imprinted product, please understand that you approved that order in advance and we can only provide a replacement for any damaged or defective items within 15 days of receiving your product. No refunds will be issued.

If you need to return an item, simply call us at 818-226-1940 and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost.
